VISARIS OPENS 40 NEW JOBS IN ZEMUN MUNICIPALITY

BELGRADE, 4 February 2008. IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS, VISARIS PLANS TO INVEST NEARLY ONE MILLION EUROS in the opening of a production plant in the Municipality of Zemun. Over this period, Visaris will have employed 40 new employees.

On Friday (1 February 2008) Visaris signed Grant Agreement) with Mladjan Dinkic, Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia, and Minister responsible for the National Investment Plan, Dragan Djilas. The company “Visaris” will invest 750.000 euros in the new facility and will open 40 new jobs in the Municipality of Zemun.

Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia, Mladjan Dinkic, singled out Visaris as the domestic producer of digital X-ray machines, whose products are known by excellent quality, and more favorable prices compared to the competition.

Within the fifth cycle of the investment incentives program implemented by SIEPA in accordance with the Regulation on the conditions and method of attracting direct investments, the funds from the National Investment Plan 31 applications were received of which 15 were approved (three international and 12 local companies).

The company “Visaris” currently has 30 employees, together with several hundred outsourced associates working on Visaris programs in Serbia.
