VISARIS LECTURE AT THE MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Belgrade 26. November 2021. Within the program of the exhibition “Development and application of X-ray technology among Serbs – from Tesla and Pupin to the present day”, a lecture titled “Digital radiology: current situation and challenges of the 21st century” was held. Visaris experts Dr. Bojana Basaragin (Visaris R&D Dept) and Dragoljub Petković (Visaris Sales Dept) spoke about development in digital radiology, with special emphasis on the role of Visaris, and showcased some of the innovations in digital radiology that Visaris R&D Dept is either still developing or already implemented in Visaris devices.
The audience, consisting of future MSc graduates of Mechanical Engineering, their professors, and radiologists showed particular interest in plans for Vision Air and the implementation of AI in preprocessing and processing of x-ray images.
The exhibition “Development and application of X-ray technology among Serbs – from Tesla and Pupin to the present day” in Gallery 51, was organized by the Museum of Science and Technology and Visaris with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of Serbia.
The authors of the exhibition are Jelena Jovanović Simić, Aleksandar Vl. Markovic and Vladimir Petrovic; design of the exhibition was done by Ozarija Marković Lašić and Nebojša Vasiljević; the graphic design of the brochure was done by Miloš Janković and the exhibition music was composed by Aleksandar Vl. Markovic.
Educational computer games for children and youth were created by the best participants in free educational programs for game development, of the Nordeus Hub and the Crater Training Center.
